By accessing our website and booking our taxi services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Booking and Payment
All bookings must be made through our website, phone, or WhatsApp. Advance payment may be required for outstation and Chardham Yatra packages. We accept cash, bank transfers, UPI, and credit/debit cards. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
3. Cancellation and Refund
Cancellation policies vary by service type. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy section for detailed information. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate pickup and drop-off information, be ready at the scheduled pickup time, and treat drivers and vehicles with respect. Any damage to the vehicle caused by the customer will be charged separately.
5. Luggage and Belongings
Customers are responsible for their luggage and personal belongings. We are not liable for any lost or misplaced items. Please check your belongings before exiting the vehicle.
6. Prohibited Activities
Smoking, drinking alcohol, and carrying illegal substances inside the vehicle are strictly prohibited. Violation may result in immediate termination of service without refund.
7. Limitation of Liability
We strive to provide timely and safe services. However, we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, road closures, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
8. Changes to Services
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without notice. We are not liable for any such changes.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Uttarakhand, India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dehradun, Uttarakhand.

Cancellation Policy
General Cancellation Terms
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while ensuring that we can continue to provide reliable services to all customers.
Standard Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation 48+ hours before trip: Full refund (100%)
- Cancellation 24-48 hours before trip: 50% refund
- Cancellation within 24 hours of trip: No refund (can be rescheduled once at no extra cost)
- No-show at pickup location: No refund
Chardham Yatra Package Cancellation
- Cancellation 15+ days before departure: 90% refund
- Cancellation 7-14 days before departure: 50% refund
- Cancellation within 7 days of departure: No refund
- Helicopter tickets and hotel bookings: Non-refundable (subject to third-party policies)
Airport Transfer Cancellation
- Free cancellation up to 4 hours before scheduled pickup
- Cancellation within 4 hours: 50% cancellation fee
- Flight delays: Free waiting time up to 90 minutes beyond scheduled landing
Rescheduling Policy
You may reschedule your booking at no additional cost provided you notify us at least 12 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Rescheduling is subject to vehicle availability. Contact our customer support at +91-8077771623 to reschedule.
Refund Process
Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. For cash payments, refunds will be made via bank transfer. A processing fee of ₹500 may apply to certain refunds.
Exceptional Circumstances
In case of natural disasters, road closures, government-imposed travel bans, or medical emergencies with valid documentation, we offer free rescheduling or full refund on a case-by-case basis.
